“I saw Brandon at Movement Medicine because I had been experiencing hip pain daily and it got so bad at night that it woke me up. He did a thorough assessment including an interview, testing range of motion and strength and recording my gait from several angles. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and why in language I could understand. He prescribed exercises to lubricate my joints and strengthen surrounding muscles. He had me do the exercises so he could assure that I was doing them correctly and showed me how to determine which muscles were activated so that I could determine if I was doing them correctly.
